SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Gdańsk (Poland). With our standard shipping we use DHL EXPRESS / DHL PARCEL as shipping partner and the final delivery will be made by your local postal service. If you select Express Shipping, DHL will make the final delivery worldwide.

Delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping:
– Europe: 2-8 business days
– Rest of the world: 5-14 business days.

Express shipping:
– Europe: 1-2 business days
– Rest of the world: 2-3 business days*

* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Deliveries outside the European Union
Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Please note: Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

CONFIRMATION

When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS

If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

RETURNS

Please contact us before returning any items.
Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product.
The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

All complaints will be processed within 14 working days from the date of  when the parcel arrives at returns adress: Zielna Street 27/6, post code 80-727 Gdansk, Poland. Completing this pucharse means You accept the DOSE OF ART terms and conditions. You have 14 calendar days to cancel the order.
