These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://www.doseofart.com website (the “Service”, “The Dose of Art”) operated by Katarzyna Rodziewicz (“us”, “we”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

In order to use the Service, you must follow and obey these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Service.

Acceptance of these Terms is necessary to make any purchases through the Service.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product available through the Service (“Purchase”), we may ask you to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of completion of the purchase process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, incorrect data provided by you or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO BUY POSTERS?

No, you do not. You just create your order and pay with your normal credit card.

PRICING
When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT. All products are sent to you from Gdańsk, Poland, so if you are shopping from outside the EU, please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. We retain the right to change prices at any time.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Gdańsk (Poland). With our standard shipping we use DHL as shipping partner and the final delivery will be made by your local postal service. If you select Express Shipping, DHL will make the final delivery worldwide.

Delivery times

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping:

– Europe: 2-8 business days

– Rest of the world: 5-14 business days.

Express shipping:

– Europe: 1-2 business days

– Rest of the world: 2-3 business days*

* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Please note: Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS

If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.

CLAIMS

All complaints will be processed within 14 working days from the date of  when the parcel arrives at returns adress: Zielna Street 27/6, post code 80-727 Gdansk, Poland. Completing this pucharse means You accept the DOSE OF ART terms and
conditions. You have 14 calendar days to cancel the order.

RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any items.
Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product.
The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

OUT OF STOCK

All product shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, if for some reason an item should be out of stock anyway, you will be advised by e-mail. If the item will be in stock again, you can choose to wait or cancel the order.

COLORS

Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the color on the poster shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual poster.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All transactions and e-payments are processed using Dotpay.

We accept all major International credit cards through DotPay.

VISA / Visa Electron / MasterCard

We also accept all debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

PAYMENT THROUGH DOTPAY

All of our orders are processed through DotPay, a 100% secure online payment system. DotPay encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce. The payment is processed at time of purchase.

CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

ACCOUNTS

When you create an account within our Service, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately when aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available to use by you, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Polish and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Katarzyna Rodziewicz.

This Service contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms.

All trade marks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

PRIVACY POLICY

You must provide us with the following information in order to make purchase on the Service: name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other data necessary for payment demanded by DotPay.

If you wish to sign up for the newsletter, we will need your email.

We record your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods to you, for our newsletter (if applicable), and other relevant information connected with your use of the Service. Personal information registered by The Dose of Art are kept for six years from the date of purchase or for the time necessary to conclude any disputes, after that the data will be deleted. We save your e-mail address to i.a. send you an order confirmation as well as notice you when your order has been shipped. Your name and address will show on a label of your package with your order. We cooperate with different companies which process and file data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use personal data for their own purposes. We only use your information to deliver your order and to provide the customer service you deserve.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. The Dose of Art prioritises data privacy and confidence. Only the Staff of The Dose of Art who really needs the access to your personal data have access to the information recorded about you. We do not store unnecessary customer’s.

As registered with the Dose of Art you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have the right to, upon request, be informed which information we have registered of you and take exception to a registration according to the personal data protection act. If the information is wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

At the Dose of Art we use cookies in order to optimize our website and its functionality, to give you the best possible shopping experience when visiting our Service.
